Großer Kern GmbH Sweepstakes

Participation in the sweepstakes organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich requires an order worth at least €100 for the delivery area in the greater Munich or Frankfurt area during the period from 12.08.-19.08.2023 and is subject to the following conditions.

 

Sweepstakes Procedure

The sweepstakes runs from 12.08.2023 to 19.08.2023 at 23:59 on the knuspr.de homepage for an order worth at least €100. To participate in the sweepstakes, it is necessary to make a purchase worth at least €100 on knuspr.de between 12.08.2023, 10:00, and no later than 19.08.2023, 23:59. Each purchase qualifies for one entry per person in the sweepstakes. The winner will be informed by email by 01.09.2023 and will receive €3,500 in the form of credits credited to their Knuspr account. Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible through a purchase. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. All purchases received after the entry deadline will not be considered in the draw.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant is limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible for customers in the Munich and Frankfurt areas of Großer Kern GmbH. A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation.

Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Großer Kern GmbH and Kleiner Kern GmbH, and the participating companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from the sweepstakes. Participation with the help of automated data processing and/or through third parties, such as sweepstakes agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in case of manipulations related to access to or execution of the sweepstakes, (b) in case of violations of these participation conditions, (c) in case of unfair conduct, or (d) in case of false or misleading information related to participation in the sweepstakes.

By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to the respective participation conditions.

 

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

The following prize will be awarded: A customer of Großer Kern GmbH will receive 3,500 credits credited to their Knuspr account.

After the entry deadline, 1 winner will be determined: This will be drawn at random.

The determination of the winner takes place in a draw based on the principle of chance among all participants.

The winner of the draw will be informed of the prize by email by 01.09.2023 at the latest. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. An exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Sweepstakes

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. The sweepstakes organizer makes use of this option, especially if a proper execution of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations are detected in individual cases, e.g., through abusive registrations, the participant will be excluded from the sweepstakes.

 

Data Protection

No new data of the participants will be collected for this sweepstakes. For further information on data protection, we refer to our privacy policy.

 

Applicable Law

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these participation conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining participation conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these participation conditions.
