Competition by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de)

Participation in the competition organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich is free and subject to the following conditions:

 

Competition Procedure

The competition will be held from 28.07.2025, 00:00 to 07.09.2025, 23:59 on the website of knuspr.de. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to purchase at least three participating promotional products from SMARTIES. Each purchase qualifies one person to participate in the competition once. 

All purchases after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

 

Participation and Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons who have their residence in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant is limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the competition is only possible in the current delivery areas of Großer Kern GmbH: Munich and surroundings as well as Frankfurt and surroundings (more details can be found on www.knuspr.de.) Only one person per household can win. A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation.

Employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies as well as their family members are excluded from the competition. Participation using automated data processing procedures and/or through the involvement of third parties, such as competition agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, we reserve the right to exclude persons from participation at our own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in case of manipulations related to access to or execution of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in case of unfair conduct or (d) in case of false or misleading information related to participation in the competition.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the respective terms and conditions.

 

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

Win a tiptoi® Starter Set and charging station worth €107.98 - for learning adventures with the whole family: These will be drawn at random. The determination of the winners takes place in the context of a random draw among all participants.

The winners of the draw will be informed about the prize by email promptly. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. An exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by Großer Kern GmbH. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The competition organizer makes use of this option particularly if a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations are detected in individual cases, e.g., through abusive registrations, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

 

Data Protection

To participate in the competition, the provision of personal data is necessary. The participant assures that the information provided about their person is truthful and correct. Großer Kern GmbH points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available for use without consent.

All data will be stored in compliance with data protection regulations. The collection, storage, and use of personal user data (e.g., first name, last name, address, postal code, and email) are governed by our data protection regulations. After the end of the competition, the data that is exclusively related to the competition will be deleted, unless they are required or used due to a consent declaration issued by the participant for the transmission of offers via email.

 

Revocation

The participant can revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of Großer Kern GmbH provided in the Impressum. After revocation of consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

Applicable Law

Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be directed to Großer Kern GmbH. Contact options can be found in the

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
