Promotion Description
Rockstar is giving away at Knuspr:

• 3x 2 tickets (Weekend Tickets) for the Superbloom Festival
  (30 & 31.08.2025 – Olympiapark & Olympiastadion Munich)

Organizer & Participation
The competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de) in cooperation with PepsiCo Germany GmbH, Hugenottenallee 173, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, the parent company of Rockstar. Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany, who are located in the current delivery areas of Knuspr (Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and surrounding areas). Only one participation per household is possible. Employees of PepsiCo Germany GmbH and Großer Kern GmbH as well as employees of affiliated companies according to §§ 15 ff AktG and the respective family members of the aforementioned employees are excluded from participation.

Competition Process
The competition takes place from 14.07.2025, 00:01 to 27.07.2025, 23:59 on knuspr.de. To participate, at least 3 Rockstar cans or 1 Rockstar multipack must be purchased in the Knuspr online shop or via the Knuspr app. Each purchase qualifies for one entry into the competition. Purchases received after the participation deadline will not be considered. The subsequent exercise of the right of withdrawal excludes participation. Participation is only possible via knuspr.de, other means of participation are excluded.

Prize & Winner Selection
There are three times two tickets (Weekend Tickets) for the Superbloom Festival on 30 & 31.08.2025 at the Olympiapark to be won. The winner will be determined randomly from all eligible participants. The winner will be notified by email or phone.
If the winner does not respond within 4 days of being contacted, the prize will be awarded to another eligible person. A cash payment, exchange, or self-collection of the prize is not possible.
The winner agrees to the transfer of their first and last name, address, phone number, and email address to PepsiCo Germany GmbH, Hugenottenallee 173, 63263 Neu-Isenburg.
The transmitted data will only be used for prize processing and will be deleted after completion.

 

Data Transfer & Data Protection
For the processing/shipping of the prize by email, the winner's name, address, and phone number will be forwarded to PepsiCo Germany GmbH, Hugenottenallee 173, 63263 Neu-Isenburg. This data will be used exclusively for prize processing and will not be passed on to third parties. After the competition has ended and the prize has been successfully delivered, the personal data will be deleted unless there is further consent for use. Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy of Knuspr.de. The processing of the data mentioned in the above section 4 is carried out according to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR for the execution of the promotion. This data will be stored for the duration of the promotion and the fulfillment of commercial and tax retention periods within the framework of the statute of limitations. Data will not be passed on to third parties, except for contractually bound processors such as agencies or platform providers.
