Großer Kern GmbH Competition

Participation in the competition organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich requires an order of a "Piller Brezen Original Wiesn-Breze XXL" (https://www.knuspr.de/5302-piller-brezen-original-wiesn-breze) in the delivery area in the greater Munich and Frankfurt area from 12.09.-24.09.2023 and is subject to the following conditions.

 

Competition Process

The competition runs from 12.09.2023 08:00 AM to 24.09.2023 11:59 PM on the knuspr.de homepage. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to make a purchase with at least one "Piller Brezen Original Wiesn-Breze XXL" (https://www.knuspr.de/5302-piller-brezen-original-wiesn-breze) on knuspr.de during the period from 12.09.2023, 08:00 AM, to no later than 24.09.2023, 11:59 PM. 5 winners will be informed by email on 26.09.2023 and will each receive a Wiesn-Knuspr-Bag worth 60€. The products will be selected based on availability. Participation in the competition is only possible through a purchase. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. All purchases received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons who have their residence in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant is limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the competition is only possible in the current delivery areas in the Munich and greater Frankfurt area of Großer Kern GmbH. A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation.

Excluded from the competition are employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries including Großer Kern GmbH and Kleiner Kern GmbH and the participating companies as well as their family members. Participation with the help of automated data processing processes and/or through the involvement of third parties, such as competition agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the case of manipulations related to access to or the execution of the competition, (b) in the case of violations of these participation conditions, (c) in the case of unfair actions or (d) in the case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the respective participation conditions.

 

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

The following prize will be awarded: 5x Wiesn-Knuspr-Bag worth 60€ each.

After the participation deadline, 5 winners will be determined: They will be drawn at random.

The determination of the winners takes place as part of a draw based on the random principle among all participants.

The winners of the draw will be informed by email about the prize by 26.09.2023 at the latest. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. An exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The competition organizer makes use of this option in particular if a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations are detected in individual cases, e.g., through abusive registrations, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these participation conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining participation conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these participation conditions.
