Terms and Conditions for the "BEBA TrippTrapp Competition 07/2023"

 

Competition by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de)

Participation in the competition organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich requires the purchase of BEBA follow-on milk or Junior during the period from 26.03.2024 to 08.04.2024 in the Knuspr shop and is subject to the following conditions.

 

Competition Procedure

The competition runs from 26.03.2024 to 08.04.2024 on the knuspr.de homepage. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to make a purchase of two of the following BEBA follow-on milk or Junior in the Knuspr shop during the period from 26.03.2024, 00:00, to 08.04.2024, 23:59. Each purchase qualifies one person to participate in the competition once. The winner will be informed by email by 31.05.2024 and will receive one (1) TrippTrapp. Participation in the competition is only possible by purchasing two BEBA follow-on milk or Junior. Multiple participation does not increase the chance of winning. All purchases made after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the competition is only possible in the current delivery areas of Großer Kern GmbH: Munich, Frankfurt and surrounding areas (more details can be found on www.knuspr.de). A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation.

Employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from the competition. Participation using automated data processing processes and/or through third parties, such as competition agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in case of manipulation related to access to or execution of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in case of unfair actions or (d) in case of false or misleading information related to participation in the competition.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the respective terms and conditions.

 

Prize, Notification and Delivery of the Prize

The following prizes will be awarded: over the entire period, a total of 1x TrippTrapp will be awarded on 08.04.2024.

After the participation deadline, 1 winner will be determined: This will be drawn randomly.

The determination of the winner will be carried out as part of a random draw among all participants.

The winner of the draw will be informed by email about the prize by 31.05.2024 at the latest. The prize will only be handed over to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The competition organizer will particularly make use of this option if proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations are detected in individual cases, e.g., through abusive registrations, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

No new data of the participants will be collected for this competition. For further information on data protection, we refer to our privacy policy.

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
