Organizer and Participation Requirements

The Iglu competition is organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich. Participation in the competition requires that within the promotional period from 09.11.2023 to 30.11.2023, 11:59 PM, in the delivery areas in the greater Munich or Frankfurt area, two orders with a total value of at least €99.99 are placed on knuspr.de.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany. Minor participants require the consent of their legal representative. Participation in the competition is reserved for customers in the delivery area of Großer Kern GmbH in Munich and Frankfurt.

Employees of the Rohlik Group and its subsidiaries, including Großer Kern GmbH and Kleiner Kern GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. Participation through automated data processing or third parties, such as competition agencies, is also not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons, such as manipulation, violations of these terms and conditions, unfair behavior, or false information in connection with participation.

 

Competition Process

The competition runs from 09.11.2023, 12:30 PM, to 30.11.2023, 11:59 PM. To participate in the competition, two purchases with a value of at least €99.99 must be made on knuspr.de within this period. Participation occurs automatically after the second qualified purchase. Winners will be notified by email no later than 06.12.2023.

 

Prizes and Prize Notification

The following prizes will be awarded:

Prize 1: 1 overnight stay in an Iglu Hotel for two people (voucher from Jochen Schweizer) including travel (max. €250) and a sparkling surprise.

Prize 2: 300 credits for the online shop knuspr.de (3x).

Prize 3: Gift basket worth at least €99.99 (5x).

Winners will be determined by random selection. Prize notification will be sent by email no later than 06.12.2023. The prize is personal and non-transferable. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for the taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Competition

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition without notice, particularly for technical or legal reasons that impair the proper conduct of the competition. Manipulations or abusive registrations lead to exclusion from the competition.

 

Data Protection

No new data from participants will be collected for the competition. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

 

Applicable Law

Questions and complaints related to the competition should be directed to Großer Kern GmbH. Contact details can be found in the imprint section at https://www.knuspr.de/seite/impressum. Legal recourse is excluded, and German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In this case, a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision applies. The same applies to gaps in these terms and conditions.
