Terms and Conditions for the "Vilsa Roller Sweepstakes 2024"

 

 

Sweepstakes by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de)

Participation in the sweepstakes organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich, requires the purchase of Vilsa products during the period from September 24, 2024, to October 7, 2024 in the Knuspr shop and is subject to the following conditions:

 

Process of the Sweepstakes

The sweepstakes runs from September 24, 2024, to October 7, 2024 on the Knuspr.de homepage. To participate in the sweepstakes, it is necessary to make a purchase in the Knuspr shop during the period from September 24, 2024, 00:00, to October 7, 2024, 23:59. Each purchase qualifies one person to participate in the sweepstakes once. The winner will be informed by email by October 15, 2024 and will receive one (1) Classico Li electric scooter. Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible through a purchase. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. All purchases received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the drawing.

 

Participation and Eligible Participants

 

Eligible to participate are natural persons who reside in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required. Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible in the current delivery areas of Großer Kern GmbH: Munich, Frankfurt, and surrounding areas (more details can be found at www.knuspr.de). A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation.

Employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from the sweepstakes. Participation using automated data processing methods and/or through third parties, such as sweepstakes agencies, is also excluded. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, such as (a) manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the sweepstakes, (b) violations of these terms and conditions, (c) unfair conduct, or (d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the sweepstakes.

By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to the respective terms and conditions.

 

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

 

The following prizes will be awarded: Over the entire period, a total of 1x Classico Li electric scooter will be awarded on October 7, 2024.

After the participation deadline, 1 winner will be determined: This will be drawn randomly.

The determination of the winner takes place in a random drawing among all participants.

The winner of the drawing will be informed by email about the prize by October 15, 2024 at the latest. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Sweepstakes

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. The sweepstakes organizer will particularly make use of this option if proper execution of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If manipulations, such as abusive registrations, are detected in individual cases, the participant will be excluded from the sweepstakes.

Applicable Law

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
