Knuspr for your business
At Knuspr, we not only deliver the weekly groceries to private individuals, but we also want to be there for companies, employers, and employees. For the weekly need for office snacks, coffee, and kitchen paper, or even for a cozy after-work event or team events, we deliver everything directly to the reception or even to the desk - in 3 hours. And the Knuspr courier also takes the deposit back with them.
Do you want to repeat an order?
You know the situation: At the office, you need the same things every week. The coffee is out, milk needs to be reordered, or the first-aid cabinet for after-work drinks with colleagues needs restocking. You can easily repeat an order:
1. Go to "My Account".
2. Under "Past Purchases" you can select the purchase you want to repeat.
3. In "Order Options" you will find the option "Repeat Purchase"
4. Click on "Select All" or choose the products you want to order.
5. With "Add Selected to Cart" you place the products back in your cart.
You can now conveniently repeat your purchase or flexibly add, remove, or change quantities of products.
Do you want to link an order with a company account?
Do you regularly order for your employer and use a company account with a credit card or PayPal for payment? Here's how we provide the invoice:
1. At checkout, check the box under "Contact Information" for "Shop on behalf of the company"
2. Then please fill out all fields there - including the "VAT Identification Number"
3. You can then retrieve the invoice under "My Account" - for the respective order – "My Documents" – "Retrieve Invoice" Important: unfortunately, we can currently only offer this via our website. We are working on making it available in the app as well.
You don't have a company credit card?
You don't have a company credit card or prefer to pay by invoice? We are happy to assist you:
1. Please fill out the "Billing Information" section in your profile.
2. Then, please contact our customer service team by phone.
3. We look forward to supporting you in this process and need a few additional details from you. This includes a rough estimate of how much your invoice orders might be. Don't worry, we don't need exact numbers, and these can be adjusted flexibly in a conversation with our customer service team over the phone.
4. You are now enabled for purchase by invoice. At checkout, select "Shop on behalf of the company" under "Contact Information." Then, under "Payment Method," you will find the option "Invoice Purchase."
5. You can retrieve the invoice, as explained above, through your profile on the Knuspr website. We apologize that this function is not yet available in the app - we are working on changing that.
