Terms and Conditions for the VILSA Annual Supply Sweepstakes

 

Sweepstakes by Großer Kern GmbH (Knuspr.de)

Participation in the sweepstakes organized by Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich is free and subject to the following conditions:

 

Sweepstakes Procedure

The sweepstakes will be conducted on the website knuspr.de from 02.12.2024, 9:00 AM to 15.12.2024, 11:59 PM. To participate in the sweepstakes, it is necessary to purchase at least one (1) crate of Vilsa Bio Mineral Water.

All entries after the deadline will not be considered in the draw.

 

Participation and Eligibility

Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have reached the age of 18. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, consent from their legal representative is required. Participation in the sweepstakes is only possible in the current delivery areas of Großer Kern GmbH: Munich and surroundings, Frankfurt and surroundings, and Berlin and surroundings (more details available at www.knuspr.de). Only one person per household can win. A valid address in the delivery area is a prerequisite for participation.

Employees of Großer Kern GmbH and the participating companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from the sweepstakes. Participation through automated data processing and/or third parties, such as sweepstakes agencies, is also excluded. We reserve the right to exclude individuals from participation at our discretion if there are justified reasons, such as (a) manipulation related to access to or execution of the sweepstakes, (b) violations of these terms and conditions, (c) unfair conduct, or (d) false or misleading information related to participation in the sweepstakes.

By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to the respective terms and conditions.

 

Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

The following prizes will be awarded: The winner will receive a voucher (Knuspr Credits) worth €444, valid from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025, credited to their Knuspr account via voucher code.

This credit is only applicable to certain Vilsa products. The winner will be drawn randomly. The determination of the winner is based on a random draw among all participants.

The winner of the draw will be informed of the prize via email promptly. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. The prize claim cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by Großer Kern GmbH. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the first 24 hours after contact, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

 

Termination of the Sweepstakes

Großer Kern GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. The organizer will particularly exercise this option if technical or legal reasons prevent the proper execution of the sweepstakes. If manipulations, such as abusive registrations, are detected in individual cases, the participant will be excluded from the sweepstakes.

 

Data Protection

Participation in the sweepstakes requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the information provided about their person is truthful and correct. Großer Kern GmbH points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available for use without consent.

All data will be stored in compliance with data protection regulations. The collection, storage, and use of personal user data (e.g., first name, last name, address, postal code, and email) are governed by our Privacy Policy. After the end of the sweepstakes, the data related exclusively to the sweepstakes will be deleted, unless they are required or used due to a consent declaration issued by the participant for the transmission of offers via email.

 

Revocation

The participant can revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details provided in the Imprint of Großer Kern GmbH. After revocation of consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

 

Applicable Law

Questions or complaints related to the sweepstakes should be directed to Großer Kern GmbH. Contact options can be found in the Imprint.  

Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

 

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
