Cultivation: Well protected under the canopy of tall shade trees, LEBENSBAUM coffees grow slowly. Harvest: Always by hand. Since each coffee shrub carries both ripe and unripe coffee cherries, hand selection is particularly important. For LEBENSBAUM coffees, only ripe coffee cherries are picked. This careful selection benefits the special quality of our coffees. In-house roasting: We roast slowly and not too hot. This way, our coffees develop their full, balanced aroma.
