THE KRAKEN is a plant-based seafood innovation based on fermented mushrooms (mycoprotein). Unlike conventional substitute products, Kraken is not just intended as an imitation of octopus, but as an independent ingredient with a unique, maritime character. Kraken opens up new creative possibilities in plant-based cuisine and offers an authentic alternative for dishes with octopus – completely without animal suffering.

Preparation recommendation: Before heating THE KRAKEN, the packaging must be completely removed. Oven: Set the oven to 180 °C with top/bottom heat or convection. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Pan: Heat to medium temperature, add a little oil. Fry for 5-6 minutes.
