The main ingredient of THE PRIME CUT is fermented mycelia (fungal protein, mycoprotein) – a real superfood! This nutrient-rich ingredient naturally offers a meat-like structure and can therefore be processed particularly gently to preserve its valuable nutrients.
Preparation recommendation:
Pan: Fry each side for 3-4 minutes with the lid closed in a little oil over medium heat.
Oven: Bake at 200°C top/bottom heat or convection for 14-16 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat to 200°C and fry for 8-10 minutes.
