Revo Foods is expanding its product family with two new marinated versions of the classic THE FILET - Inspired by Salmon.
The latest addition to the Revo THE FILET Family is the marinated version with pink pepper and lemon. The vegan alternative cleverly combines taste, nutrients, and convenience.
THE FILET shines with its particularly authentic texture and salmon-like taste. The popular product from the Viennese startup is now available with a fresh and savory marinade of pink pepper and lemon.
This makes it even easier to conjure up a flavorful dish. The main ingredient of the filet is fermented mycelia (mushroom protein, mycoprotein) – a real superfood! This nutrient-rich ingredient naturally offers a meat-like structure and can therefore be processed particularly gently to preserve its valuable nutrients.
Preparation recommendation:
Pan: Fry with the lid closed for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding all the oily marinade to the pan over low to medium heat.
Oven: Bake at 200 °C top and bottom heat or convection for 14-16 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat to 200 °C and fry for 8-10 minutes.
