Gläserne Molkerei Demeter Organic Pasture Milk Yogurt 3.8%

The organic pasture milk yogurt from Gläserne Molkerei is particularly creamy and is fermented with mild yogurt cultures. We use the best Demeter milk for production. Demeter farmers keep their cows in a species-appropriate manner, with plenty of space to roam and of course with horns. The cows receive biodynamically produced feed.

The creamy yogurt can be wonderfully refined with fresh fruit or enjoyed pure.

Our organic pasture milk cows...

• enjoy fresh air on the pasture for an average of more than 200 days a year for 12 hours a day, which is significantly more than the pasture milk standard requires (120 days x 6 hours).

• eat fresh grass and herbs.

• can also move freely in the barn at any time.

• receive 100% organically produced feed without genetic engineering*.

That's why we started the "Die Weide lebt!" initiative, with which we work together with our farmers to sustainably protect and strengthen biodiversity on our pastures, meadows and fields in the region. 
Our goal is to convert at least 20% of the area on all farms into high-quality habitat for biodiversity. To this end, we are implementing numerous nature conservation measures together with our farmers.
