Voelkel's Cassis Syrup can be used for many delicious cocktails. It also tastes great as a refreshing summer drink when mixed with fresh water or sparkling water in a ratio of 1:7.

Voelkel was founded in the 1920s. Back then, with a mobile juice press and the desire to live a free life in the countryside. Today we are the largest natural juice producer in Germany.
