 ALTERNATIVELY:

For soup: Cook the Ramen Noodles for only 5 minutes and then drain. Then add to the desired soup and serve

Preparation:
For soup: Cook the noodles in plenty of water for about 5 minutes. Then drain the water and add the noodles to the desired soup. For frying: Cook the noodles in plenty of water for about 4 minutes or soak them in a hot water bath (70-80°C) for about 10 minutes, covered. Then rinse briefly with cold water and drain. Then use for frying.
