Rana Pan-Fried Gnocchi filled with Aioli & Mozzarella
PREPARATION
- Heat some butter or extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add the pan-fried gnocchi to the pan and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Stir occasionally for an even golden brown crust.
- Serve immediately.
