Volanti No. 53 made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina

An Italian pasta speciality. These snail-shaped Volanti noodles are slowly and gently produced in bronze moulds. Thanks to their rough surface and special shape, they absorb sauces particularly well.

The noodles are suitable for classic pasta dishes, casseroles and salads. The Alnatura Origin Volanti No. 53 are produced in the Italian Lombardy region from one hundred percent organic durum wheat semolina.

All product ideas are checked regularly and independently: an external, independent expert committee puts every Alnatura product idea to the test. If the recipe, the origin of the ingredients, the processing method or an ingredient does not seem sensible and justifiable, the product is not produced. The packaging must also meet strict requirements. The aim is to find the most sustainable packaging that optimally protects the product at the same time. In addition, social and ecological justice play an important role: the company assumes responsibility for the environment and for all people who are involved in the creation of an Alnatura product and were certified as one of the first companies according to the We-Care standard. Numerous Alnatura products indicate the initiatives for fair prices and fair partnerships with the "red corners" – for the sustainable management of organic farms and for the well-being of the animals.
