Designation: Grenache Cinsault Rosé
Grape varieties: 70% Grenache and 30% Cinsault - Pays d'Oc IGP
Growing region: Pays d’Oc- Protected geographical indication
Vinification: The grapes are harvested when fully ripe. The grapes are cooled and left to stand for a few hours after crushing before pressing. The must is then clarified and cold fermented to preserve the aromas. After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees until bottling.
