Granola

Ingredients:
• 250 gr oat flakes
• 50 gr cashew nuts
• 50 gr almonds
• 50 gr pecan nuts
• 50 gr pumpkin seeds
• 50 gr sunflower seeds
• 25 gr linseed
• 25 gr sesame seeds
• 25 gr coconut flakes
• 25 gr puffed amaranth
• 25 gr diced dates
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
• 3 tbsp blossom honey

Preparation:
Brown the nuts and seeds in a pan, let them cool down and coarsely chop them.
Heat the honey and coconut oil together and mix well with the oat flakes.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Bake the oat flakes in the oven for about 50 minutes and stir frequently so that they do not become too brown.
Let it cool down and then mix with the other ingredients. Enjoy with yogurt and fresh fruits of the season. Store airtight.
