Use/application/recommended intake

Adults and adolescents consume 1 capsule daily before eating with plenty of water. The capsule shells made of bovine gelatine do not contain any valuable ingredients and can be opened as required. It is possible to add the contained powder to the food. The powder does not dissolve in beverages.

Additional information

Taking additional zinc-containing dietary supplements is not recommended.
