What is Normison ear spray?
Normison ear spray is used for the preventive and accompanying treatment of inflammation of the external auditory canal, especially in the case of frequent or prolonged exposure to water.

What does Normison ear spray contain?
Normison ear spray contains isopropyl alcohol, water, acetic acid and dexpanthenol.

What are the properties of Normison ear spray?
Inflammation in the external auditory canal is promoted by excessive moisture and an excessively high, i.e. alkaline pH value. Especially after intensive contact with water, the removal of moisture is therefore an important measure for preventing inflammation. The special composition of Normison ear spray ensures that the skin surface in the external auditory canal dries quickly. The acid component it contains helps to restore or maintain the skin's natural acid mantle. The dexpanthenol it contains also provides special protection and care for the skin.

Areas of application - What is Normison ear spray used for?

• For the prevention of inflammation in the external auditory canal, especially in the case of frequent or prolonged exposure to water, such as after swimming, bathing, diving, water sports.
• As an accompanying therapy in the context of drug treatment for inflammation of the external auditory canal.

There are no concerns about use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Normison ear spray is suitable for use in adults and children aged 3 and over.

Dosage and type of application - How should you use Normison ear spray?
After being in water (fresh or salt water), it is recommended to spray 2 - 3 sprays into the auditory canal in adults and 1 - 2 sprays in children. Then leave the liquid to take effect in the ear for 20 - 30 seconds, with your head tilted to the side. After straightening your head, wipe away any fluid that runs out and allow the remaining fluid in the auditory canal to evaporate. Repeat the procedure in the other ear. Normison ear spray should be sprayed into the auditory canal at body temperature if possible. If there is earwax, skin flakes or other deposits, we recommend cleaning the external auditory canal with Cerustop ear oil before using Normison ear spray.

When should you not use Normison ear spray?
If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any component of the preparation and in the case of a perforated eardrum (hole in the eardrum).

Special warnings for safe use

Normison ear spray is not a medicine. If you have earache, you should definitely seek medical help! The auditory canals should not be cleaned mechanically or closed with cotton wool. Normison ear spray can cause a burning sensation in the case of slight irritation of the external auditory canal. Normison ear spray must not be swallowed or sprayed into the eyes! Always keep the bottle closed and out of the reach of children!

10 ml bottle with spray attachment. 1 spray = 0.1 ml.

Shelf life

36 months. Do not use for longer than 8 weeks after first use
