Composition
10 g (8.5 ml) contain: Petasites hybridus e radice ferm 33c Dil. D3 0.1 g (HAB, Vs. 33c), Aqueous extract with sugar (1:1) from 0.3 g Picea abies, Summitates rec. (4:1) 1.5 g, Aqueous extract with sugar (1:1) from 0.7 g Plantago lanceolata, Folium rec. (4:1) 3.5 g. Other ingredients: Sucrose, Purified water. Contains sucrose (sucrose/sugar).Indications

As a general precaution, people who are allergic to ribwort pollen should not take Plantago Cough Syrup.Precautions for use and warnings
This medicine contains sucrose. Please only take Plantago Cough Syrup after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars. 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of syrup contains 7.1 g of sucrose (sugar). 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup contains 2.4 g of sucrose (sugar). If you are on a diabetic diet, you should take this into account. Plantago Cough Syrup can be harmful to teeth (caries).Dosage and method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed:- Infants and toddlers under 6 years of age take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup in warm water 3 to 4 times a day.
- Adults and children aged 6 years and over take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 3 times a day, in acute cases 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup in warm water every 2 hours.
Duration of use
The treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If there is no improvement within 2 - 5 days, a doctor should be consulted. The duration of treatment for chronic diseases requires consultation with a doctor.Side effects
In rare cases, allergic reactions such as skin rash, hives (urticaria), skin/mucous membrane swelling (oedema) and itching have been observed after using Plantago Cough Syrup.Contents
