• The food supplement Orthomol Vital m in the form of drinking bottles is gluten-free according to EU Regulation 41/2009. It is also lactose-free.
• Orthomol Vital m contains carbohydrates, use only under careful metabolic control in case of glucose tolerance disorders. The carbohydrates contained (6.1 g per daily portion) are readily available.
• Orthomol Vital m contains iodine. If you suffer from thyroid dysfunction, please talk to your doctor before taking it.
