USAGE

This blend makes our U.S. Pork Rub an incomparable delight when it comes to preparing pork in a BBQ smoker or on the grill. But you should definitely also use this barbecue rub for tender braised pork delicacies in the oven. U.S. Pork Rub – the spicy all-rounder for delicious pork barbecue specialties. Whether as a dry marinade or as a base for injecting Pulled Pork: The STAY SPICED! U.S. Pork Rub is versatile. But you can also use the U.S. Pork Rub wonderfully when preparing braised pork dishes in the oven that you want to give a BBQ touch. It contains the finest pure spices such as turmeric, smoked paprika, onion, garlic, coriander, jalapeño chili, and cinnamon – the optimal blend to harmoniously and fully round off pork barbecue specialties. In addition, there are five different pepper delicacies, from black pepper to cubeb pepper, Szechuan pepper, and Bengali long pepper, all the way to Tellicherry pepper. The BBQ rub is finalized with untreated sea salt, Muscovado sugar, and Demerara raw cane sugar.
