Who or what is Pollo Fino?
Pollo Fino is the boneless chicken thigh and an absolute insider tip.
The meat is very juicy and versatile. Whether on the grill, in the pan or in the oven, it always remains tender and juicy.
The chickens grow up on farms in family farming. This way we can ensure short transport routes.
For the animals this means less stress and short transport times, which in turn has a more positive CO2 balance.
The legislator specifies a maximum transport time of eight hours. Due to the establishment of long-standing agricultural structures, we deviate positively from this.
All animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner in floor housing with daylight.
