The redfish (Sebastes marinus), also known as golden redfish, is mainly found in the very deep, cold waters of the northern seas around Spitsbergen and in the northern North Sea. Redfish is a very popular food fish worldwide.

Taste and preparation:

The firm, reddish-white meat has a mild flavour and is therefore very versatile. Whether pan-fried skin-side down, poached or gently steamed, redfish always tastes delicious.

This product comes from a fishery that has been independently certified to the Marine Stewardship Council standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery.
