Rapunzel Organic Ground Flaxseed

Mildly nutty in flavor and particularly rich in fiber and valuable omega-3 fatty acids - the ingredients of flaxseed can be absorbed particularly well by the body in ground form. Rapunzel flaxseed is grown in Italy, freshly ground at Rapunzel and packaged immediately.

Ideal for baking, in muesli, in yogurt, smoothies or for quark and vegetable dishes, as a topping and as an egg substitute (1 egg: 1 tbsp seed + 3 tbsp warm water, let it swell for about 10 minutes). Due to the high swelling capacity, ensure sufficient fluid intake. Not suitable for children under 13 years. Consumption recommendation: Max. 30 g per day
