Ground flax seeds add an aromatic, nutty note to baked goods, mueslis and savoury quark dishes; they are also suitable for sprinkling on casseroles, salads and in smoothies. Alnatura ground flax seeds come from organic farming.

Since the small seeds have a high swelling capacity, it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids. The daily intake should not exceed ten grams; flax seeds are not suitable for children under 13 years of age.
