Violife Gouda Flavour Slices can be enjoyed cold on bread or on their own, or simply used to top toast or gratins.

INGREDIENTS FOR SANDWICH WITH SPINACH & SUN-DRIED TOMATOES (2 people)
FOR THE SPINACH CREAM: ● 100g Violife Creamy Original ● 100g fresh spinach, roughly chopped ● 20g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped ● 2 cloves of garlic, pressed ● 1 tsp olive oil, for frying ● 1 pinch of salt
FOR THE GRILLED SANDWICH: ● 4 slices Violife Gouda Flavour ● 4 slices bread of your choice ● 1 tsp coconut oil
PREPARATION
Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and fry. Then add the spinach and salt and fry for 1-2 minutes. Put in a bowl, drain, stir in Violife Creamy and the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and season with salt to taste.
Spread one side of the slices of bread with coconut oil. As soon as the pan is hot, place 2 slices of bread in it with the oiled side facing down. Spread 2 slices of Violife Gouda Flavour with spinach cream filling on each slice of bread and cover with the other slices of bread with the oiled side facing up.
When frying, carefully press down on the grilled sandwich with a spatula. When the base is brown, turn the sandwich over and toast as well, for about 2-4 minutes on each side
