The recipe is unsweetened (ingredients naturally contain sugar, also from pea fermentation) and naturally lactose-, milk protein- and gluten-free. The peas for the drink come from Germany. Since the organic plant-based milk alternative does not contain any stabilisers, flakes can naturally form - so shake well before opening.
