• Octopus
• Mussels

Perfect for preparing a Paella, seafood salad or for a Mediterranean seafood pasta. Temper for 15-20 minutes before opening to facilitate the separation of the slices.

HISTORY:
Nuchar was founded in 1995 with the aim of producing quality products that are used in the creations of the best chefs and reaching consumers at home to help them unleash their creativity.
 
NUCHAR began by producing cooked octopus in the traditional way, in large pots at a controlled and stable temperature. The aim is to achieve an exceptional result in terms of the texture of the meat and its flavour.

 
They are constantly seeking to adapt to the reality of the markets in which they are present, and this requires them to be agile and at the forefront of innovation. For this reason, in 2003 Nuchar created its own R+D+I (Research + Development + Innovation) department integrated into the company structure, which has given the company greater flexibility and proximity to its customers. In addition, Nuchar works closely with prestigious research institutions, thus having first-hand access to the latest technologies and advances in the fields of nutrition and food safety.
