- 200 g Durum Wheat Spaghetti
- 180 g Red Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Zest of 1 Organic Lemon

Heat olive oil in a deep pan. Add the whole garlic clove and the washed and cleaned mussels, and sauté briefly.

Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente in plenty of salted water. About 1 minute before the end of the cooking time, transfer the spaghetti directly from the pot to the pan with the mussels.

Add a splash of pasta water and let everything simmer together for about a minute so the flavors combine perfectly. Finally, sprinkle with freshly grated organic lemon zest and serve.
