Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Cut the vegetables (pumpkin, beetroot, and bell pepper) into bite-sized pieces or slices and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Brush the vegetables with about half of the rapeseed oil, sprinkle with the Herbes de Provence, and salt lightly. Roast in the oven for approx. 20 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned. Required utensils: baking sheet, baking paper, knife, cutting board.

Meat & Pasta

In the meantime, cook the whole grain pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Required utensils: saucepan, colander.

Chef's tip

For an extra touch of freshness, you can refine the dish with a few splashes of lemon juice before serving.
