Coarsely grate the cheddar cheese with a kitchen grater and set aside.

Pour the milk into a large pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the uncooked macaroni pasta to the boiling milk. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika powder. Stir everything well.

Chef's tip

For an extra crispy touch, you can briefly gratinate the finished Mac and Cheese in the oven with some additional cheese.
