The juicy organic salmon patties are quickly fried crispy in a pan or on the grill and make every burger a highlight. Our favourite fruity combination: The salmon patty in a crispy bun with fresh avocado, mango and red onions. The patties consist of 100% organic salmon fillet and taste fully aromatic without the addition of any other ingredients.

What is special is that the patties consist of fillet pieces that are created as trimmings during the production of our organic salmon fillets and are then formed into patties. This allows the entire fish to be processed.
