Camembert BBQ grilling cheese from Gillot combines the enjoyment of Camembert with cooking on the grill or in the oven. The cheese is designed to develop a melting texture when heated and to release its characteristic aroma.
Packed in a tall wooden box, it keeps its shape during cooking. A sachet of spices (including millet, rosemary, poppy seeds, pepper) is included and is ideal for sprinkling on before serving.

Gillot SAS is a dairy from Normandy, founded in 1912 in the Orne-Bocage. It produces Camembert de Normandie AOP/PDO as a traditional product and is described as a leading manufacturer of this protected designation of origin.
According to the source, the Camembert is made from raw milk from producers on Norman pastureland and shaped using five ladlings at intervals of around 50 minutes. The range includes Gillot Noir and Gillot Bio.
