The sun-ripened tomatoes from Feinkost Dittmann are gently dried, refined with fine herbs and marinated in a spicy marinade. This antipasti delicacy is a true "aroma safe": The gentle drying under the southern sun removes the moisture from the tomatoes, giving them a particularly distinctive and significantly more spicy aroma than fresh vegetables. Already cut into strips, they are ideal for Mediterranean salads, as a decoration for hot and cold appetizer platters and as a side dish for all meat, poultry and fish dishes. Marinated in oil, these refined all-rounders also refine sauces and soups. They give every dish a particularly fruity and aromatic note.
