Chestnut yogurt ice cream
Ingredients:
• 200 g sweetened chestnut puree
• 100 ml milk
• 150 ml cream
• 50 ml Alpenjoghurt - honey
• 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well. The chestnut puree can still be slightly frozen. Fill the dimensions into the ice cream maker and freeze in the ice cream maker for 40 minutes. Garnish with cookies and some yogurt.
