Spelt cereal porridge without added sugar

To produce the wholemeal porridge, the starch of the spelt is broken down using heat and moisture. This largely preserves the natural ingredients of the grain. Alnatura spelt cereal porridge is produced without added sugar and contains only the natural sweetness of the grain.

A few spoonfuls of fruit puree (e.g. Alnatura fruit jars) are ideal for refining the spelt cereal porridge and the porridge is suitable for children after the 4th month.
