Miil Gouda, natural and full-fat cheese in slices. It is a semi-hard, ripening cheese, known for its full flavour. About 10 litres of milk are used to produce 1 kg of this excellent cheese, and the cheese ripens in the form of 100 kg blocks.
Fat content in dry matter min. 47%. Dry matter content min. 55%.
USE: Gouda slices are versatile and can be eaten as a snack or used in sandwiches, burgers and paninis. It can also be combined with fruit, crackers, meat and bread to create delicious appetisers or combinations, or it can be melted to make delicious sauces and dips. Gouda is also a good addition to beer and wine.
