Miil Emmentaler Sliced

Miil Emmentaler, natural and full-fat sliced cheese. It is a semi-hard, ripening cheese made from pasteurized milk.

The cheese is matured for up to 8 weeks at 3 different temperatures to obtain the typical Emmental flavour, which is known for its delicate fruity and slightly nutty taste. Up to 11 litres of cow's milk are used to make 1 kg of this excellent cheese.

USE: Emmentaler is a versatile cheese that can be used for a variety of dishes. It is often used as a topping for sandwiches and burgers, as a fondue ingredient, in cheese platters and appetizers, and as a grated cheese for pasta, potatoes and vegetables

Up to 11 litres of cow's milk are used to make 1 kg of this delicious cheese. Miil Emmentaler is produced in the Czech Republic from milk that mainly comes from the Bohemian Forest.
