Volanti No. 53 made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina

An Italian pasta speciality. These snail-shaped Volanti noodles are slowly and gently produced in bronze moulds. Thanks to their rough surface and special shape, they absorb sauces particularly well.

The noodles are suitable for classic pasta dishes, casseroles and salads. The Alnatura Origin Volanti No. 53 are produced in the Italian Lombardy region from one hundred percent organic durum wheat semolina.

The aim is to find the most sustainable packaging that optimally protects the product at the same time. In addition, social and ecological justice play an important role: the company assumes responsibility for the environment and for all people who are involved in the creation of an Alnatura product and were certified as one of the first companies according to the We-Care standard.
