iglo Rahm-Blattspinat, portionable 540g
The iglo spinach is always delicious, is grown regionally and is full of good nutrients. It also goes wonderfully with fish and many other nutritious and delicious foods.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a saucepan
- Put the unthawed Rahm-Blattspinat with 5-6 tbsp (50ml), for half a pack 2-3 tbsp (25ml) milk in a saucepan.
- Bring the Rahm-Blattspinat to the boil, covered, over medium heat and simmer for about 3 minutes until the sauce has reached the desired consistency. Stir several times.
Preparation in the microwave
- Put the unthawed Rahm-Blattspinat with 5-6 tbsp (50ml), for half a pack 2-3 tbsp (25ml) milk in a microwaveable bowl.
- Heat the Rahm-Blattspinat in the microwave at 600 watts, covered, for about 16 minutes (whole pack) or 8 minutes (half pack) and bring to the boil briefly. Stir several times.
