Description
Mushrooms originally come from France, where they were first cultivated in the mid-17th century. The white mushroom is the Germans' favourite edible mushroom and impresses with its snow-white cap and its slightly nutty aroma. It is used cooked, grilled, fried or raw in all sorts of dishes.
