Goose Breast Fillet

The legislator specifies a maximum transport time of eight hours; however, thanks to the establishment of long-standing agricultural structures, we positively deviate from this.

All animals are kept in species-appropriate barn housing with daylight.

Furthermore, the stocking densities are below the legal standards.

Together with the farmers, we strive to raise the animals completely without antibiotic treatment.

Some farms have been antibiotic-free for years.

The feed for our chickens consists of GMO-free compound feed and an additional 30 %
wheat, which is grown by our farmers themselves and is therefore regional.
