Cook on full power 750W for 6 minutes 30 seconds or 900W for 6 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Do not reheat. Fish fillets vary in thickness, thicker fillets will take longer to cook. Cooking instructions are for 2 fillets, cooking more than 2 fillets may require a longer cooking time. Consume on day of purchase if not frozen. Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze.
