Ingredients
- 200 g dried soft prunes
- 80 g almonds
- 40 g sesame
- 30 g cashew nuts
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Preparation: 15 min. preparation | 8 hrs. resting
- 1Put plums, walnuts, sesame, cashew nuts, and cocoa into a high-speed blender and blend until a fine, sticky mixture forms. If necessary, push the mixture down from the sides in between.
- 2Line a baking dish of approx. 14 x 14 cm with baking paper and add the mixture. Spread the mixture evenly and press down very firmly. Let it set for at least eight hours. Then, use a sharp knife to cut into bars of approx. 2 cm wide and 7 cm long.
