For the unique 100% Arabica blend, each illy bean is individually selected. illy coffee is made from a blend of 9 different Arabica varieties, which come from various countries of origin.
With its direct sourcing model, illy selects coffee farmers itself and buys directly. This allows for lasting, cooperative relationships with growers to be built and their efforts to be better rewarded with a price above the market average.
