iglo Natur-Gemüse Brussels Sprouts 400g
The iglo Brussels sprouts are particularly aromatic, tender and rich in vitamin C. After harvesting, they are sorted, i.e. florets of as uniform a size as possible are selected, processed within a very short time and deep-frozen. This optimally preserves valuable nutrients and aroma – for the best taste at all times.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a saucepan
- For a vitamin-preserving preparation, simply add the Brussels sprouts unthawed to 125ml of boiling water.
- Bring the vegetables to the boil covered over a high heat, then cook for approx. 7 minutes. Stir several times during this process.
Preparation in the microwave
- For a vitamin-preserving preparation, simply add the Brussels sprouts unthawed with 4 tbsp of water to a microwave-safe bowl
- Cook the vegetables in the microwave at 600 watts, covered, for 10 minutes. Stir several times during this process.
